Data We Collect

We collect account data (email, name), task data (titles, descriptions, locations), and profile data (wake/sleep times, work hours) to provide our services. We also automatically collect anonymized device and usage data to improve app performance.

Data Storage & Retention

We use a local-first architecture where data is primarily stored on your device. Optional cloud sync is end-to-end encrypted. We retain free tier data locally; Pro/Teams data is retained while active plus 30 days post-cancellation.

Data Usage & Sharing

We use your data to provide AI scheduling and improve functionality. We NEVER sell your personal data, share task data with third parties, or use your data for advertising.
