Schedule Issues
Schedule Not Generating
Ensure your wake/sleep times are set in Settings > Profile. Trueday needs to know your active hours to generate a schedule.
Shows 'No Time Available'
Trueday is honest about your capacity. Try reducing task durations, removing low-priority tasks, or adjusting fixed events.
Wrong Timing for Tasks
Check your Energy Curve settings. High-focus tasks require high-energy windows. Adjust either the curve or the task requirements.
Notifications
Reminders Not Appearing
Check iOS Settings > Notifications > Trueday. Ensure all alerts are enabled and 'Do Not Disturb' is off.
Prayer Alerts Incorrect
Verify your location settings and calculation method (ISNA, MWL, etc.) in Settings > Prayer Times.
Sync & Performance
Not Syncing Across Devices
Pro/Teams required. Ensure both devices use the same Apple ID and have an active internet connection.
App Crashing or Slow
Try force-quitting the app, updating to the latest version, or clearing cache in Settings > Advanced.
